Stefan Michel - Real Impact Marketing / Strategy
Stefan Michel is the Dean of IMD’s Executive MBA program and Professor of Marketing and Service Management. He has published 12 books and over 40 articles, which appeared in the Harvard Business Review, Sloan MIT Management Review, the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, California Management Review and others. He won the Emerald Literati Award by the Journal of Service Management for the best paper of 2009 and 2010. His book Marketing. Eine praxisorientierte Einführung is the best-selling textbook in Switzerland, with over 30’000 copies sold. Prof. Michel is a board member at Bossard, Zug, a publicly listed company, the President of the Foundation Board of the Swiss Society for Marketing (GfM) and a member of the Foundation Board of IMD, a world-leading business school in Lausanne. He consults for global companies and local SME’s on marketing strategy, digital pricing, service management and related topics.
Lisa Duke - Co-Author, Real Impact Marketing
Lisa Duke is an award-winning digital learning designer, researcher, and writer. She has authored more than 65 case studies for the faculty at IMD, London Business School and INSEAD. Lisa is an Executive Education faculty member at London Business School. As an executive coach, she has supported executives in developing their marketing, pricing, strategy, and digital transformation capabilities. She is an expert for IMD’s EMBA program on the customer and the digital transformation modules. Lisa also consults for leading global business schools and corporate clients. She has a first-class honors degree in Business Computing, an MBA from the London Business School, an MSc in Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London. She is currently studying for a Doctorate at SDA Bocconi in Milan.
Niccolò Pisani - Real Impact Strategy
Niccolò Pisani is Professor of Strategy and International Business at IMD. His award-winning research has appeared in top-tier academic journals such as the Strategic Management Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management, and Journal of Management Studies, as well as in practitioner-oriented outlets such as Harvard Business Review and Sloan MIT Management Review. He has also written several bestselling case studies, and won The Case Centre’s Overall Award in 2022 for his case on Adidas.

Siri A. Terjesen - Real Impact Strategy
Siri A. Terjesen is Associate Dean, Research & External Relations, founding Executive Director of the Madden Center for Value Creation, Phil Smith Professor of Entrepreneurship at FAU, and Professor .2 at the Norwegian School of Economics (Norges Handelshøyskole: NHH) in Bergen, Norway.
She is a nationally recognized expert in higher education, strategic management, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy whose research includes over 80 articles, two books, many white papers, and manuscripts. She is amongst the world’s top 2% most cited scholars, and her over 17,000 citations in Google Scholar include publications in the Academy of Management Review, Journal of Management, Journal of Operations Management, Business Ethics Quarterly, Journal of Business Ethics, Leadership Quarterly, and Strategic Management Journal.
